Our team is well versed in the day to day needs of many of the countries leading hotel chains. Currently, LM is proud to work top industry leaders including Hilton, Marriott and IHG; making our team uniquely equipped to handle all aspects of running a hotel food & beverage operation while considering any affiliated brand standards or rewards programs.

A History of Hospitality

LM’s owners, as well as the members of the group’s leadership team, bring to the table years of experience working in and with hotels; restaurants; catering companies and hospitality services both stateside and abroad. Prior to opening LM owners Nicole and Stephan Outrequin Quaisser spent a combined 20 years at the iconic Drake Hotel overseeing Catering and F&B Operations respectively. While the team’s experience ranges from working for large brands such as Hilton, Hyatt and Kimpton to boutique outlets from Seattle to Namibia.
